Entry, in plain terms.
The school confirms your place when you apply; we check it with you on the first call, before you pay anything.
O-levels, an MCAST Level 3 or the equivalent, or strong professional work experience in place of them. Age 16 or over.
A-levels, an MCAST Level 4, a Level 4 foundation diploma or the equivalent, or strong professional work experience in place of them. Age 16 or over.
A Level 5 diploma or an HND in business, or the equivalent, with prior learning consistent with Level 5. English at IELTS 6.0 or evidence that your previous study was in English. Arden University decides, and considers applications without an exact match case by case.

What is the difference between the 60-credit and the 120-credit HR diploma?
The 120-credit diploma is the full Level 5 qualification, twelve assignments, and the one the top-up degree accepts. The 60-credit version is six modules over about six months, for people who want the certificate for work and are not planning the degree.
Can I do the degree straight after the diploma?
Yes. The Level 5 diploma is the entry qualification for the BA (Hons) Human Resource Management top-up at Arden University: the final year of the degree, online, typically one year, £206 a month over twelve months.
Do I need to be working in HR already?
No. Work experience counts towards entry, but the diploma is taken by people moving into HR as often as by people already in it.
Is the diploma recognised in Malta?
It is awarded by OTHM and IAB, both, regulated by Ofqual in the UK. MQRIC issues a recognition statement confirming the level, and you get that statement before you pay anything.
