Diplomas: OTHM, Qualifi and IAB, regulated by Ofqual
Every diploma is awarded by OTHM, Qualifi or IAB. All three are awarding organisations regulated by Ofqual, the qualifications regulator for England, and each qualification has an Ofqual number on the public register. Online Business School delivers the teaching and marks the assignments; the awarding body issues the certificate.
Degrees
Arden University, a UK university with its own degree-awarding powers, registered with the Office for Students. The degree top-ups and the MBA are Arden awards; your certificate is issued by the university.
ACCA
Tuition by LSBF, an ACCA Approved Learning Partner. ACCA sets and marks the exams and awards the qualification. LSBF tuition fees and ACCA exam fees are separate.
Recognition in Malta: MQRIC
MQRIC, Malta’s qualifications recognition centre, confirms the MQF level of a foreign qualification in writing. The MQF matches the European EQF level for level, so an Ofqual Level 5 diploma is MQF Level 5. We apply for the statement on your behalf; it is what employers and the Get Qualified Scheme look at.
Recognition in Ireland: QQI
UK qualifications map onto the National Framework of Qualifications through the EQF. Irish levels run one number higher than the European scale, so an Ofqual Level 5 diploma sits at QQI Level 6.

We handle admissions, the payment plan, the Get Qualified paperwork and support while you study. We do not teach, assess or certify, and we hold no licence of our own. Every certificate carries the awarding institution’s name, not ours.
