What people ask before they enrol. Anything else, your course advisor answers the same day.
It depends which level you start at. A Level 4 foundation diploma asks for nothing formal, so it is the way in if you left school early. A Level 5 diploma wants A-levels or the work experience to match. And if you have been doing the job for years without the paper, say so when you enrol: exemptions are granted on professional experience all the time.
Intakes run throughout the year, so you are never sitting around waiting for a September start. Your advisor will tell you the next date and get you enrolled for it.
Then you take the month. There is no deadline to miss and no class to fall behind. Everything is where you left it.
