If it is not the right course
We say so and suggest the one that is. Sometimes that is a lower level to start on, sometimes a different subject, sometimes a course we do not run.

If you live in Malta, we check whether you are eligible for the Get Qualified Scheme and tell you what you would get back, before you decide.
After the call
You have your advisor’s number and email. Questions while you study get a reply the same working day.
