At Elephant & Cross, we take pride in our commitment to trust and transparency. When it comes to payments, we believe that our students deserve clarity and fairness. This philosophy drives our payment policy, which we've designed to be straightforward and stress-free.

When you enrol on a Diploma programme with us, the price presented is the genuine cost. There are never any surprises or hidden costs, ensuring you can make informed decisions with peace of mind and the price you see is the price you pay. We value your trust, and we aim to keep it.

2. Pause Whenever

Life is unpredictable, and we get that. If, for any reason, you need to pause your monthly payments for your diploma, we've made the process smooth and hassle-free. No strings attached and no hoops to jump through. Our aim is to give you complete peace of mind, even if circumstances change. You can resume your course up to 3 months later and keep the balance you paid towards the course.

When you study your Diploma with Elephant & Cross you never have to worry about accruing interest.

4. Risk Free

If you decide to leave the course early, you won't owe us anything else. However, we can't refund any money you've already paid.

Terms & Conditions For Diploma Courses

Our priority is to ensure clarity and transparency in all our interactions, especially regarding payments, refunds, and course participation. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By enrolling in any of our courses, you are agreeing to these terms.

1. Refund Policy

We offer a "no questions asked" full refund policy for up to 7 days following your initial payment.

Subsequent Payments: note that after the initial 7-day period and for all subsequent payments, no refunds will be issued for any payments made.

2. Interest Policy

No interest will accrue on any payments or outstanding balances owed by the student to Elephant & Cross. We aim to keep financial transactions simple and transparent, without the burden of additional fees.

3. Course Withdrawal

If a student chooses to withdraw from the course prior to its completion, they will not be required to make any further payments for the course. The student will be relieved from the financial responsibility for any course fees that would have been due for the remainder of the course duration. Any payments made before the withdrawal will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Payment Schedule

Payments for our courses are due on a monthly basis, unless otherwise specified.

5. Late Payments

In the event of a late payment, access to the course will be suspended until the outstanding balance has been settled.

6. Payment Pause

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, affecting your ability to make timely payments. Therefore, we offer the option for students to pause their payments for a one-time maximum duration of three months during the entire duration of their course. This policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring the continuation of your education.
