How to Sign Up for Our Courses: A Step-by-Step Guide

Signing up for an Elephant & Cross course is straightforward and user-friendly. Follow these steps to get started on your educational journey.

Step 1: Review Course Information

Why It’s Important…

Before enrolling, it’s essential to have a strong understanding of how the course works. Visit the course page to review all the details.

Key Information to Note:

100% Online: Study from anywhere.
On-Demand Lectures: No fixed class times, all lectures are pre-recorded.
No Exams: Each unit is completed with an assignment.
Unlimited Tutor Sessions: Receive unlimited 1-to-1 sessions with a tutor for assignment feedback.

Step 2: Enrol in the Course

Finding the Enrol Button Most courses have an enrol button on the course page. If you’re a newsletter subscriber, you might also find enrolment links via email.

Secure Payment Processing

Payment via Stripe: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
First Payment Held in Escrow: Your initial payment will be held for 7 days for processing.
Direct Debit Setup: Automatic monthly payments will be set up. You can cancel direct debit anytime if you decide to leave the course. There are no cancellation fees or interest.

Step 3: Payment Confirmation and Course Details

Email Confirmation

Payment Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming your first payment.
Course Details: Shortly after, you’ll receive an email from Elephant & Cross with your start date and other essential information.

Step 4: Verification of Academic Pre-requisites (If Required)

Academic History Verification

Some courses require academic pre-requisites. If needed, you may be asked to submit:

CV: A copy of your curriculum vitae.
Certificates: Relevant academic certificates.

Refund Policy If you do not meet the pre-requisites, you will receive a 100% refund.

Step 5: Access to Study Platform

Login Information

You will receive your login details for the study platform within 1–3 days of your intake date. Note that this timeline might vary around weekends and public holidays (UK and Malta).

Step 6: Optional Induction Session

Sign Up for Induction

You will be invited to join an induction session. While this session is optional, it is highly recommended to help you get started. Here, a tutor will show you how to progress through the assignments at your own pace and how to schedule 1-on-1 sessions for additional guidance on your assignments.
