Are you a new student and not sure what to expect? Here’s what comes next:

1. Confirmation Email 📧

Once your payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from info@elephantcross.org. We recommend whitelisting our email and periodically checking the spam folder. 


2. Select Your Enrolment Date 

Are you a new student? You should typically receive an email within 24 hours.  You’ll be prompted to select your intake month preference (all intakes begin the first week of the month) and upload any outstanding documents required. This may include:

  • A copy of your CV

  • Proof of ID

  • Previous academic transcripts (if required)

Respond to this email as soon as possible so we can finalise your enrolment and get you set up on the platform.

Students who are re-enrolling are not required to select an intake or provide documents. Your re-enrolment will be processed with 1-4 working days. 


3. Wait for Your Logins 🔑 

Your login credentials will be emailed to you by the course provider within a few days of the start of your enrolment month.

Important: These emails sometimes land in spam or promotions folders. If it’s your first time hearing from the university, your mailbox might not correctly identify these emails. Please check those folders regularly so you don’t miss any important updates.


4. Log In and Explore 🚀 

Once your login arrives, it’s time to get started!

We recommend:

  • Logging in and setting up your password

  • Taking the platform tour

  • Attending the optional induction session

  • Checking the course calendar and assignment schedule

You can find all the information required to complete your course on the platform. No need to use external sources.
