Before your certification can be processed, all course fees must be fully paid. Double-check the following:

• Review your payment history. Students on a payment plan will receive regular confirmation emails.
• Contact our finance department to confirm your balance. Students may opt to continue their monthly plan or accelerate your payments. 

Step 3: Contact Student Support for Submission Guidance

Once your assignments are complete and payments settled, it’s time to prepare your submission to the awarding body. This part might seem tricky, but you don’t have to do it alone!

• Reach out to Student Support via email, chat, or phone. Let them know you’re ready to submit your work.
• They’ll guide you through the step-by-step submission process via Wetransfer, including any forms or documents you need to prepare.
• Follow their instructions carefully to ensure nothing is missed.

Step 4: Confirm Your Submission and Wait for Updates

After you’ve submitted your work, the final step is to confirm everything went through successfully.

• Once you have completed the step-by-step submission process, confirm the status of the submission with Student Support.
• Once confirmed, simply wait for further information about your certification. This might include updates on your assessment results or when you can expect your certificate.
