Managers in the fields of marketing and sales are faced with increasingly complex and interactive responsibilities. Your future fields of employment after graduating with this Master programme include initial management positions in the areas of marketing and/or sales – in agencies, small and medium-sized enterprises, large international corporations or NGOs.

During your studies, you will acquire key expertise. For example in:

  • International Consumer Behaviour;
  • Applied Statistics;
  • Online Marketing;
  • Digital Analytics.


In semester three of this programme, you'll choose two specialisations.

  • E-Commerce: with this specialisation you will learn everything you need to know about setting up e-shops and e-commerce projects. Become proficient in common business models, and how to identify and improve additional sales channels.
  • Communication and Public Relations: as part of this specialisation, you will become familiar with the objectives and traits of business communication.
  • Product Development and Design Thinking: familiarise yourself with the necessary steps and problem-solving methods that make up the successful development of products. Engage in different aspects of product development and planning, and learn what the main design tasks are, as well as alternative approaches to product development – such as ‘flow-based production development’.
  • Sales Management: In this specialisation, you’ll learn how to design and implement successful sales management strategies, along with different business operations models, and build your skills as a customer-oriented business leader and entrepreneur.
  • Strategic Marketing and Branding: this specialisation gives you the ability to identify the main challenges facing international brands. You will analyse current strategies and brand values, while familiarising yourself with the factors that build and increase brand value.
  • UI/UX Expert: UI/UX experts are an essential component of any IT development project; their responsibility is to ensure that websites, software and web shops are not only functional and beautiful but are also easy and simple to use from a user’s perspective.
